Same Day Local Delivery within the Toronto core
Orders received by 10AM will be delivered SAME day.
Orders recevived after 10AM will be delivered NEXT day.
Deliveries should arrive to you between 10am-8pm.
Free for orders over $150. This option will be visible to you at checkout if your address qualifies!
Greater GTA
You'll have the option at checkout to pay the local carrier rate for same-day delivery, or standard shipping.
If you have chilled iitems, please select same-day delivery - we cannot ship chilled items. **
We offer discounted delivery for orders over $150 - rate varies based on your location.
Canada-Wide Shipping
All orders outside of the Toronto core will be shipped via Canpar, Canada Post, Fedex, ICS, GLS or UPS. The estimated shipping time varies between 2-10 business days. *
*Orders to remote areas might be cancelled due to high shipping costs.*
**Orders containing cold / heavy products outside of the local delivery zone might be fulfilled without those products.**
We are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
Important Notes for Deliveries/Shipments
If no one is there to receive the order, the order will be left at your residence. We cannot guarantee that items will remain cold or frozen unattended. Coco Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Pick-Up
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Ensure you check which location the order is prepared at as we have more than 1 location. You can pick it up any time during business hours. Go to the register, give your name and order number, and the sales associate will locate your order. If you'd like curb-side pick-up, please call the store when you are on your way so that it can be prepared.
You have 7 days from the day you place your order to pick it up. After that, the order will be canceled and your payment refunded. If you are unable to pick your order up within 7 days, call us and we will work something out.
