Frozen - just heat & eat!

The Pizza is wood fired, topped with their very fresh mozzarella and then frozen in a Blast Freezer. Simply preheat oven to 450 degrees and bake for 5 minutes and it's ready - tastes just as good as their dine-in pizza!

With a goal to provide both quality and value, Chef Rocco Agostino and Max Rimaldi opened the first Pizzeria Libretto on Ossington Avenue in 2008, bringing Neapolitan  pizzas to the community. Both born in Toronto, by Italian-Immigrant parents, their cuisine is built upon the fundamental views instilled in them since childhood, of  prizing seasonal ingredients, simplicity, and deliciousness. 

Ingredients: Gorgonzola Cream (shallots, white wine, white balsamic, gorgonzola, 35% cream), fior di latte, pecorino, garlic, rosemary, thyme, cremini mushrooms, olive oil, 00 flour, water, salt, yeast
